About the role

• Lead initiatives in urban planning and development
• Collaborate with community stakeholders to enhance public spaces
• Develop and implement sustainable urban design solutions
• Conduct research on best practices in urban planning

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of city-wide sustainability projects
• Manage projects related to infrastructure improvements
• Assist in the development of long-term city plans
• Provide technical support to city departments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Experience with GIS software
• Knowledge of local and state planning regulations
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay

Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually
