Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Florida water, wastewater, and stormwater practice
• Develop and mentor engineers, project managers, and technical staff
• Drive business development efforts, pursuits, and proposal strategies
• Build and maintain relationships with municipal, utility, and public-sector clients
• Provide executive oversight for major water infrastructure projects
• Collaborate with leadership on regional and national growth initiatives
• Support recruiting, succession planning, and team expansion

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering field
• PE license in Florida (or ability to obtain)
• 15+ years of water, wastewater, and/or stormwater consulting experience
• Proven success leading teams, winning work, and managing client relationships
• Strong understanding of Florida water infrastructure markets and regulations
• Established industry relationships preferred
• Previous experience working with Florida municipalities and state organizations in a consulting capacity

Pay

$140,000 - $200,000 per year
