Water Damage Sales Representative

PuroClean, a leader in emergency property restoration services, helps families and businesses overcome the devastating setbacks caused by water, fire, mold, biohazard, and other conditions resulting in property damage. With a ‘One Team’ mentality, the Marketing Representative will promote and sell franchise services in an assigned territory, resulting in meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals. The goal is to grow and develop the customer base by utilizing a systematic process to identify new prospects and routinely contact and follow-up with customers.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and build relationships with customers, clients, and Centers of Influence
• Generate revenue through effective consultative and objective to objective marketing
• Build, maintain and service a ‘top 25 client’ list and provide lunch and learns and promote continued education courses
• Develop sales skills by understanding production, estimating, and all aspects of the PuroClean business
• Understand, adhere to and promote safety and guidelines while in the office and traveling
• Build brand awareness, promote the ‘One Team’ culture and have a genuine willingness to make a difference in the community through service

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a genuine interest in people
• Talent in identifying and maximizing opportunities to build relationships with clients and customers to create win-win situations and support the business
• Comfortable with setting and running appointments, educational classes and community events in a group setting
• Respect for safety and brand identity guidelines
• Ability to present yourself professionally and with integrity in a sales-based setting

Pay

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
