Paul Davis Restoration of Greater Cincinnati & Dayton is seeking Water Damage Restoration Technicians to respond to water, fire, storm, and mold losses while delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities

• Perform water mitigation, fire cleanup, mold remediation, board-ups, and tarping
• Set up and monitor drying equipment
• Protect properties from further damage
• Document work using company technology
• Communicate professionally with customers, insurance partners, and teammates
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and equipment
• Follow IICRC standards, company procedures, and safety guidelines
• Participate in the rotating on-call schedule
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive, high-performing culture

Qualifications

Required:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Ability to lift 75 lbs. regularly
• Comfortable with physically demanding work
• Willingness to work overtime, evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred:

• Restoration or construction experience
• IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT)
• Experience with drying equipment and moisture mapping
• OSHA certification
• Leadership experience

• $21.00–$25.00/hour based on experience
