Responsibilities

• Assist the Conservation Rebates Program Manager with administrative duties
• Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding rebate processes
• Attend water conservation outreach events
• Perform landscape rebate inspections
• Respond to customer inquiries pertaining to rebate programs and general water conservation information
• Assist with outreach to multifamily and commercial customers
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

Education: High school diploma or GED.

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in customer service.

An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered.

Licenses and certifications: Driver’s license with a good driving history.
