About the role

This position is responsible for leading marketing and business development activities to meet Net Fee Booked (NFB) goals, while positioning our GA-AL-MS WBG for year-over-year growth across our four Market Sectors (Drinking Water, Wastewater, Water Resources Management and Federal Water).

Responsibilities

  • Leading the development and implementation of an overall growth strategy
  • Maintaining and expanding existing client relationships
  • Identifying, establishing and growing relationships with new target clients
  • Developing market networks
  • Positioning HDR for project opportunities that result in client selection and award
  • Leading project pursuits, including development of winning approaches, preparation of proposals and presentations, quality review, and coaching presentation teams

Requirements

  • A minimum of 8 years relevant industry experience
  • Demonstrated "self-starter" with a history of completing projects with limited oversight
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire others
  • Experience in sales and developing effective win strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign
  • Ability and desire to travel and engage with others in-person
  • Demonstrated experience in winning high-value contracts in the A/E/C industry
  • Demonstrated experience in writing compelling content based on information from technical staff

Pay

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually.

Schedule

This position is full-time.
