About the role
The role is located at 1 Waterford 1 6288 Louisiana Court N 11 Brooklyn Park MN 55428. This position offers a salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 annually with incentive pay, and includes comprehensive benefits such as generous paid time off, medical, vision, dental coverage, and a 401(k) plan with employer matching.
Responsibilities
- Supervises and guides department heads and team members, maintaining dedication and commitment to Transforming Age's Mission and Values.
- Holds weekly meetings & standups with teams to communicate changes, stay up to date on departmental activities, and ensures consistent and timely orientation and training is delivered to team members.
- Directs the management team in goal setting, individual development, and strategic initiatives to ensure the success of community objectives and goals.
- Works closely with residents, family, and responsible parties to ensure consistent communication, resident satisfaction, and issue resolution.
- Prepares the annual operating budget, considering variances and managing programs and strategies to ensure budgets are met.
- Maintains confidentiality of employee and resident records, in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Works closely with the Sales and Marketing team on campaigns, tours, open houses to maintain high standards of communication and satisfaction.
- Operates in accordance with Transforming Age's policies and procedures, with a strong focus on ensuring the safety and security of residents and team members.
- Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including DSHS, OSHA, and Safety guidelines.
- Promotes the Mission, Vision, and Values of Transforming Age in all areas of responsibility, and demonstrates commitment to the Culture of Excellence and strategic goals.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Three years or more of experience in a leadership capacity in a senior living facility (Independent Living, Assisted Living, Continuing Care Retirement Community).
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Outstanding proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Qualifications
- Completion of a background check, drug screening, and depending on state/local guidelines, may be required to complete additional pre-employment tasks such as physical, fingerprint, and TB test.
