Watch Refinisher
Primary Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the REEDS' Mission and Core Business Values.
- Contribute to the successful profitable operations of the individual store or Central Watch Repair and parts department.
- Perform polishing and refinishing of watch cases, bracelets, and components, ensuring high-end luxury finish.
- Understand the specific care requirements of different watch materials, including stainless steel and precious metals.
- Utilize specialized polishing and buffing tools, including hand-finishing techniques, with precision and attention to detail.
- Ensure that all polishing work adheres to Rolex (and other luxury Swiss watch brands) standards and specifications, maintaining the integrity of the timepiece.
- Provide professional cost estimates of any required watch refinishing, to complete in a professional and timely manner.
- Conduct business affairs in a legal and ethical manner.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma/Equivalent or better.
- 3+ years previous watch refinishing experience.
- Proven written and verbal communication skills.
- Rolex trained (preferred).
