In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating visually engaging displays that highlight timepieces and jewelry, while ensuring the space remains well-stocked, organized, and aligned with brand standards. This hands-on position blends attention to detail with operational precision to deliver a premium shopping experience that reflects our client’s legacy of innovation and style. Responsibilities Collaborate with store teams and management to uphold visual merchandising standards and ensure clear communication around merchandising needsImplement visual merchandising that reflects a clean, modern aesthetic and aligns with brand standardsStyle product presentations to highlight craftsmanship and elevate the in-store experienceMonitor inventory levels to ensure key items are displayed on the sales floorSupport new product launches with compelling, on-brand visual storytellingManage monthly scheduling to ensure store visits and merchandising deliverables are completed by assigned deadlines, demonstrating strong time management and accountabilitySubmit store visit reports, including taking before and after photos and writing feedback, using our Winston App on a smart deviceSmartphones are required for reporting:IOS: Use an iPhone 11 or newerAndroid: Use a 2020 or newer device with an OS no more than four versions behind the latest Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for the entire shift Experience & Skills Strong eye for detail and aesthetics, with a passion for design presentationFamiliarity with luxury retail standards and customer expectationsExcellent organization and time management skillsCreative thinker with the ability to adapt to evolving brand directionStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teamsSelf-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced retail environment Benefits Competitive hourly ratePaid online trainingFlexible scheduleWellness & sick benefitsOpportunities for advancement Schedule Monday-Friday (weekends optional)Hours vary per project At Winston, we are ALL IN!
