What You’ll Do
- Ensuring compliance with EPA, OSHA, DOT, and state regulatory requirements
- Overseeing daily plant operations, maintenance, repairs, and capital equipment planning
- Managing operational budgets and performance metrics
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize plant efficiency and reliability
- Partnering with stakeholders to ensure safe, compliant, and effective wastewater treatment operations
What You Bring
- 5+ years of water/wastewater experience, ideally within a municipal wastewater environment
- Previous supervisory or plant leadership experience
- Active Water/Wastewater Operator License, Georgia preferred
- Strong knowledge of wastewater treatment processes, regulatory reporting, and compliance management
- Prowess in leading teams, solving complex operational challenges, and managing multiple priorities
