Wastewater Maintentance Supervisor

About the role

Clackamas Water Environment Services (WES) is seeking a dynamic and proactive leader to oversee maintenance and repair activities that support WES’ wastewater and stormwater infrastructure. In this role, you will lead maintenance operations for wastewater treatment facilities, sewage pump stations, conveyance systems, stormwater structures, and flow monitoring stations throughout WES’s service area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repair activities, including mechanical, electrical, and low-voltage instrumentation systems.
• Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance in coordination with Operations staff and WES leadership to ensure reliable operation of essential public services.
• Lead and support a team, fostering a work environment where employees feel valued, accountable, and motivated.
• Collaborate with WES operations and maintenance teams to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements

• Strong technical and personnel management skills.
• Experience in maintenance operations, preferably in wastewater, stormwater, or related infrastructure.

Pay

Annual Pay Range: $103,327.60 - $139,492.08

Hourly Pay Range: $49.676730 - $67.063502
