About the role
Responsible for managing waste levels in a facility, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and optimizing storage space.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and adjust waste levels to meet operational needs and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure proper segregation and disposal of waste materials.
- Optimize storage space to minimize waste overflow and maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement waste reduction strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in waste management or similar field.
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations and compliance procedures.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with waste tracking software.
