Description
Help connect people to critical services across Washington State. At Crisis Connections, our mission is to ensure every person can access compassionate, life-changing support when they need it most. As a Resource Specialist, you’ll maintain and update a comprehensive database of health and human services resources, write and edit clear, accurate service listings, and collaborate with agencies to verify and update information.
Requirements
- Experience working with databases and managing structured data
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (testing required)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in written work
- Clear and professional written communication skills
- Ability to manage tasks independently in a fast-paced setting
- Commitment to equity, inclusion, and respectful collaboration
Role Details
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (occasional flexibility required)
- Location: Remote
- Pay: $27.33 per hour
- Status: Full-time, non-exempt (37.5 hours/week)
- Union: Represented by OPEIU Local 8
