Help connect people to critical services across Washington State. At Crisis Connections, our mission is to ensure every person can access compassionate, life-changing support when they need it most. As a Resource Specialist, you’ll maintain and update a comprehensive database of health and human services resources, write and edit clear, accurate service listings, and collaborate with agencies to verify and update information.

Requirements

• Experience working with databases and managing structured data
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (testing required)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in written work
• Clear and professional written communication skills
• Ability to manage tasks independently in a fast-paced setting
• Commitment to equity, inclusion, and respectful collaboration

Role Details

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (occasional flexibility required)
• Location: Remote
• Pay: $27.33 per hour
• Status: Full-time, non-exempt (37.5 hours/week)
• Union: Represented by OPEIU Local 8
