Full-time position based in Mansfield, TX.
About the role
The Wash Rack Associate is responsible for safely washing and cleaning inventory. This position serves as local support for the yard operations team and relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
The incumbent is expected to model the following practices daily:

Responsibilities
- Model, promote, reinforce, and reward consistent use of HOLT’s Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools, models, and processes to ensure alignment with company Vision, Values, and Mission
- Wash and clean machines, worktools, or other items to prepare for shipping, inspection, or repair using pressure washers, hoses, and cleaning agents
- Ensure proper disposal of waste materials generated during cleaning; maintain wash rack in alignment with environmental standards
- Document equipment condition before and after cleaning, noting any issues or repairs needed
- Assist with equipment demonstrations and loading/unloading of equipment
- Complete and stay up to date on monthly safety trainings
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Work safely at all times and adhere to all applicable safety policies; comply with all company policies, procedures, and standards
- Perform other duties as assigned, including supporting the yard operations team
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- One or more years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is preferred
- Valid Driver’s License
- Some overnight travel is required

- General knowledge of machines and their operations
- General knowledge of pressure washer uses and maintenance

Physical Requirements
- Extended periods on feet
- Frequent communication with others; must exchange accurate information
- Constant movement and use of limbs; requires good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, crouching, and twisting
- Frequently moves materials or equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Ascend/descend with gradual or continuous progress using both hands and feet; climb up and down ladders
- Routinely react to visual, auditory, and other signals, including alarms and instructions; visually inspect work
Work Environment
- Regularly works outdoors around moving mechanical parts; may be exposed to weather extremes (inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity)
- Noise level may be loud at times
- Exposure to small quantities of chemicals, steam, high-pressure water, and high-speed rotating equipment
- Requires wearing proper protective and safety equipment (PPE)
- Significant time spent in confined spaces and/or high places
- Frequently works at a fast pace with unscheduled interruptions
