About the role

This position assists in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the service area, ensuring coaches meet high standards before customer release.

Responsibilities

• Wash and detail coaches, both exterior and interior
• Perform storage departure checks (batteries, water, tire pressures) and turn on refrigeration units before customer departures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area
• Collaborate with sales and service departments to deliver superior customer service
• Conduct quality control inspections of exterior and interior coach conditions
• Ensure coaches on the lot remain in show-ready condition
• Approve units for customer release

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar position preferred
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently and efficiently
• Ability to work at heights of 12 feet or higher with appropriate fall protection equipment

Working Conditions

• Work is primarily conducted on-site at the service shop
• May require extended periods of standing, walking, and bending
• May require lifting or moving heavy equipment or objects
• May require exposure to natural elements such as inclement weather or extreme temperatures
• May require exposure to loud noises, fumes, or chemicals
• May require working weekends or holidays
