Wash/Detailer

Key Responsibilities

• Washing and detailing of coaches both exterior and interior.
• Complete storage departure checks, batteries, water, tire pressures and turn refer on prior to a customer’s departure from storage.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the area.
• Aid in delivering superior customer service by working with the sales and service departments.
• Quality control - exterior and interior of units, ensuring they meet high standards and spot-checking all work.
• Keep coaches on the lot in show-ready condition.
• Approve units for release to customers.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar position preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Good time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• An attention to detail and the ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Ability to work at heights of 12' or higher with appropriate fall protection equipment.

Working Conditions

• Work is primarily conducted on-site at the service shop.
• May require extended periods of standing, walking, and bending.
• May require lifting or moving heavy equipment or objects.
• May require exposure to natural elements such as inclement weather, extreme temperatures.
• May require exposure to loud noises, fumes, or chemicals.
• May require working weekends or holidays.
