Job Summary
Maintains the food service operation to produce high quality products and excellent service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimize waste.
- Ensures staff is on task, quality assurance standards are met, and the operation is clean and organized.
- Marks signs current and appropriate.
- Enforces policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and client expectations.
