Warranty Writer

About the role

Campers Inn RV is seeking a Warranty Writer to join our team. Founded in 1966, we are the nation's largest family-operated RV dealership, dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to our customers and employees.

Essential Job Functions

• Contact manufacturers and OEMs to obtain authorization to perform repairs
• Apply for payment after authorization and repairs are completed
• Follow up on collecting warranty payments
• Work closely with technicians to understand and relay needed repairs to manufacturers

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Minimum of one year’s RV service experience preferred
• Abilities: Demonstrated excellent oral and written communications skills, along with excellent interpersonal skills; solid communication skills; ability to use a computer and other office equipment; proficient with MS Office; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; reliable and strong work ethic; self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision; ability to organize various physical tasks through adjusting, climbing ladders, connecting, lifting, pulling, pushing, or bending
