Job Functions / Responsibilities
- Provide onboarding/training support for new employees/as needed
- Provide best-in-class support to our Dealers and Fleet Customers on a regular basis
- Perform additional technical and administrative duties as assigned
- Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned responsibilities
- Work closely with external/internal stakeholders and management to understand business challenges and opportunities for improvement
- Able to travel as needed
- Collaborate with Supplier Recovery, Engineering, and Quality departments to analyze and process warranty claims via the established guidelines
- Work in a collaborative environment
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years of experience required
- Must have effective communication and negotiation skills, intermediate to advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau
- Must have a good recall of detail and a mechanical aptitude
- Must be self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced just-in-time environment with rapidly changing objectives
- Must be able to accept responsibility for assigned projects and work effectively under general or minimal supervision
- Ability to create and manage ad-hoc queries and dashboards within Snowflake or Tableau to help support claim management and goals, a plus
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
- Ability to remain organized and meet deadlines when dealing with areas of ambiguity
- The ideal candidate will be comfortable with processing large volumes of (claims) data and be able to provide data-driven answers to questions about the material processed

Pay
The salary range for the Warranty Team Lead is $80,800 - $120,800 annually. This position is also eligible for a holiday gift.
