Responsibilities

• Interact closely with homeowners and trade partners to provide an exceptional warranty experience.
• Ensure timely and quality service work.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds at times.
• Comfortable with technology and proficient with MS Office Products.
• Positive and caring attitude.
• Outgoing, professional demeanor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to collaborate with other Team Members.
• Strong work ethic, reliable, punctual, and honest.
• Able to prioritize tasks.
• (Preferred) Previous experience including, but not limited to, quality assurance and customer care/warranty.
