About the Role

The Warranty Program Associate supports PGS Parts Risk Management (PRM) & Warranty team in the execution of warranty-related projects, claim management activities, risk tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role will work closely with Warranty, Engineering, Operations, Parts, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to help drive timely resolution of warranty issues, improve process effectiveness, and support business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Support the intake, tracking, and closure of warranty claims.
  • Ensure claim documentation is complete and properly maintained.
  • Assist with monitoring claim status and escalation of overdue actions.
  • Support warranty cost tracking and reporting activities.
  • Support maintenance of warranty risk registers and tracking tools.
  • Assist in identifying trends and recurring failure patterns.
  • Support development of mitigation and corrective action plans.
  • Support KPI tracking and development of reporting dashboards (Power BI/others).
  • Help analyze warranty data to identify trends, cost drivers, and performance indicators.
  • Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities and lessons learned reviews.
  • Support in validating implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Assist with process mapping and workflow improvements.
  • Recommend opportunities to improve efficiency and data quality.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
  • Attend project meetings and document meeting minutes and action items.
  • Support communication between internal stakeholders and project teams.
  • Ensure project records and warranty documentation are properly maintained.
  • Assist with development and revision of procedures, work instructions, and templates.

Requirements

  • College undergraduate pursuing Bachelor's degree (BS) in a technical discipline (Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or Business Administration) from a four-year College or University.
  • Must be results-oriented and team-oriented.
  • Ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, SAP, SharePoint, Power Automate, or Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Note: This role requires a complete team player with strong analytical and collaborative skills.
