Responsibilities

• Oversee daily testing activities according to customer specifications.
• Work closely with other departments to monitor vehicle performance, suggest improvements, and implement changes.
• Prioritize and develop a budget, and actively promote continuous improvement to increase cost quality control.
• Collaborate with contractors and testing technicians to measure performance.
• Ensure compliance with equipment safety, occupational, health, and environmental requirements.
• Develop new procedures including inventory control, equipment performance, and quality assurance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, business, or a similar field.
• 3+ years of proven experience in rolling stock warranty/maintenance.
• Understanding of project management principles and practices.
• Demonstrated knowledge of safety regulations and standards including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OSHA, etc.
• Strong working knowledge and efficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Solid organization skills and excellent time management abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
