Warranty Claims Specialist (Hybrid Work Schedule)

About the Role

Our Warranty Claims Specialist (internally known as Warranty Wizards) support our customers and manufacturers by providing an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire warranty process. Working closely with the customer support team and Fulfillment Center, this specialist ensures all warranty claims are submitted promptly.

Responsibilities

• Work with the customer support team, customers, and manufacturers on the warranty process and transfer information to various forms and portals for payment.
• Generate account adjustments and warranty invoices in the company’s ERP system (Syspro).
• Learn and comprehend the defective part process to address customer and manufacturer questions.
• Transfer tech service calls and corresponding invoices into warranty websites.
• Interpret and process warranty and defective part documents.
• Produce monthly warranty spreadsheets in Excel.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through phone calls and emails to internal teams, customers, and manufacturer partners.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Esker, Salesforce, and Syspro.
• Stellar customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently to achieve weekly and monthly deadlines.
• Adaptability and thriving in a fast-paced environment (speed and accuracy are a must).
• High attention to detail and strong data entry & organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, proficient in both written and verbal English (Spanish is a plus).
• Quality, high-speed internet connection at home.
• Ability to work a schedule of M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with flexibility to adjust hours as needed.

Pay

The salary range for this role is $41,622.61 – $56,171.25 annually ($20.01 – $27.00 hourly), based on qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay-for-performance company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program and an annual bonus depending on the role.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with flexibility to adjust hours as needed.
