Job Duties
The primary responsibility of this role is to process both manufacturer and customer warranty claims. This involves handling new warranty claim requests, processing incoming claims, conducting detailed testing and analysis on parts, and documenting findings accurately.
Team members are expected to possess exceptional attention to detail, thoroughness, and accuracy. Proficiency in navigating computer programs, typing, and processing data efficiently is essential. Basic phone and computer skills, as well as experience using Salesforce, are recommended. While mechanical experience in the automotive industry is preferred, it is not mandatory.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates should have a background in mechanical skills with a foundational understanding of hand tools and mechanical principles. Basic phone and computer skills, along with experience using Salesforce, are highly valued. Mechanical experience in the automotive industry is a plus but not required.
