Warranty Analysis and Quality Specialist (Bilingual Mandarin)

About The Role

SANY America is seeking an experienced Warranty Analysis and Quality Specialist to analyze warranty data, monitor product quality trends, support root cause investigation, and drive continuous product improvement initiatives. This role plays a key role in improving and enhancing products, services, and parts quality, ensuring the accuracy of technical repair steps and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze warranty claim data, failure trends, and warranty cost drivers.
• Evaluate warranty claim reasonableness and identify potential claim abnormalities.
• Monitor field quality performance of machines and components.
• Aid in releasing campaigns and bulletins to improve product quality and durability.
• Engage in new product development activities from a warranty perspective.
• Support investigation of failed components and major warranty cases.
• Manage service campaigns and bulletins.
• Support strategic planning across cross-functional teams.
• Track campaign progress, completion rates, and dealer participation status.
• Track campaign-related warranty claims and analyze campaign effectiveness.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Quality teams to identify root causes.
• Conduct parts and components failure analysis and generate reports.

Required Qualifications

• A degree in Engineering, Automotive, Heavy equipment technology, Industrial engineering, Quality management, or a related technical field.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service focus.
• Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, SIS, or related systems preferred.
• Knowledge of mechanical engineering, heavy equipment technical understanding, and/or warranty quality management preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for continuous learning and knowledge accumulation, with the ability to think independently and develop solutions.
• High attention to detail and accuracy, strong patience to understand policies and regulations.

Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
