Warranty Administrator Assistant
Responsibilities
Assist in processing and submitting warranty claims accurately and timely
Maintain comprehensive records of all warranty transactions and communications
Communicate with service technicians, customers, and manufacturers regarding warranty issues
Review and verify warranty coverage details to ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines
Support the Warranty Administration team with clerical and administrative tasks
Coordinate warranty parts ordering and tracking as needed
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in automotive technology or administration is a plus
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning warranty management software
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Prior experience in automotive warranty administration or dealership operations preferred but not required
