Warhammer Store and Cafe Manager: Grapevine

About the role

The Warhammer Store and Cafe in Grapevine, TX is looking for a General Manager. Much more than just a retail store, this store is a retail space, hobby space, and a cafe. The Warhammer Store and Cafe will act as a hub for the Warhammer Hobby in North America, showcasing unique displays of Warhammer Miniatures, offering an extended range of products, and hosting exciting Warhammer events.

Responsibilities

• Managing a small dedicated team that provides a one-of-a-kind customer service experience
• Ordering all the day to day cafe supplies and other items unique to this shop
• Running the store Facebook page
• Maintaining showcase displays
• Making decisions which drive sales in the store and cafe
• Working with a support team to constantly make this store better and better
• Ensuring every member of the team provides a consistently exceptional standard of service to every customer
• Handling unexpected situations calmly and professionally

Qualifications

• Some knowledge of the Warhammer hobby and related products is desired, but not required
• Food service knowledge will be advantageous
