Warehuse Driver - Austin industrial - Plaquemine, La

Responsibilities

• Determine supply needs through technical details and schedules.
• Manage the orders of material and equipment to meet project requirements.
• Cooky the delivery of supplies according to priorities and specifications.
• Resolve problems to speed up delivery of orders.
• Inspect orders upon arrival to ensure the correct quality and quantity.
• Maintain good relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Arrange the movement of material between locations.
• Place orders when needed aiming for timely delivery and competitive price.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work for ANY employer in the United States.
• Physical Demands: Regularly sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, stand, walk, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, talk or hear, taste or smell. Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Must have close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Qualifications

• No minimum education requirements.
• Experience: 5+ years of Industrial environment experience preferred.
• Certifications/Licenses: Valid Driver’s License & TWIC Card.
