Warehouse Yard Jockey/Truck Driver - Weekend Shift

Responsibilities

• Timely movements of trailers in the yard
• Communicate with warehouse staff via two way radio
• Performing lot and door checks
• Sliding tandems to meet stage bridge laws
• Checking trailers for safety
• Other duties as assigned
• Use two-way radio with sort operator, shipping lead and shipping supervisor

Requirements

• Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• Experience driving trucks and tractor trailers
• Physical requirements include the ability to lift and move boxes weighing 50lbs. or more and the ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Sufficient strength and dexterity to control tractor and hitch full or empty trailers, as well as eye/hand coordination.

• Self-motivated, ambitious team-player with excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail
• Hands-on role in a fast-paced warehouse environment where safety and efficiency are a top priority

Pay

• $25.00 per hour - $25.00 per hour

Schedule

• 3 Day Work Week
• East Coast Shift: Friday through Sunday
• West Coast Shift: Saturday through Monday
