Warehouse Worker - Shipping and Receiving
Position Summary
Golden Star Technology Inc. (GST) is seeking an experienced, dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to support daily warehouse operations in shipping and receiving. This role plays a critical part in ensuring efficient receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment, while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment and delivery
- Operate RF scanners to track and manage inventory
- Maintain accurate inventory records within the ERP system
- Organize inventory and ensure accurate bin counts
- Prepare bill of materials (BOMs) for service projects
- Complete and maintain warehouse documentation and shipping records
- Cook up shipping logistics, including verifying methods and rates
- Complete local deliveries and pickups as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Support additional warehouse and operational tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Must have 3-4 years of solid warehouse experience
- Experience operating manual and/or electric pallet jacks in a warehouse environment required
- Basic computer skills with the ability to navigate ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
