Schedule
- Sunday: 6:00 pm – 4:00 am
- Remainder of the week: work as many or as few hours as you choose based on available shifts, up to 29 hours per week

About the role
Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing and controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. This may include functions of receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, delivery, etc. You will ensure the efficient flow of products from vendor receipt to customer shipment.
Responsibilities
- Follow established processes to fulfill orders, including accurately picking products, performing quality control checks, packing products, and preparing orders for shipment
- Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as needed
- Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks; maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Train and be certified to drive material handling equipment as required (e.g., order picker, forklift, reach truck, turret truck, pallet jack, walkie ride)
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfort working with heights of 20–30 ft regularly
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift, and stand for entire shift
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment while meeting performance quotas and attendance requirements
- Basic proficiency in English, including reading and writing, to process documents
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience with computers or point-of-sale systems is a plus

We welcome candidates with little to no warehouse experience. All training is provided starting on your first day. Ideal candidates are comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
