Warehouse Worker (Part-Time Flex, Night Shift)
Flexible schedule: Sunday 8:30pm–5:00am or until finish, plus choose your own hours the rest of the week (8–29 hrs weekly). Receive shift notifications on your phone; no need to request days off.
Pay
- $22.36 per hour (includes shift differential)

About the role
Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing and controlling manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product—including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, and delivery. You’ll ensure the efficient flow of products from vendor receipt to customer shipment.
Responsibilities
- Follow established processes to accurately pick, quality-check, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as needed.
- Perform housekeeping, inventory control, and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Train and certify to operate material handling equipment such as order pickers, forklifts, reach trucks, turret trucks, pallet jacks, and walkie riders.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Comfort working at heights of 20–30 ft regularly.
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift, and stand for entire shift.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment while meeting performance quotas and attendance requirements.
- Basic proficiency in English, including reading and writing to process documents.
- High School Diploma/GED preferred.
- Experience with computers or point-of-sale systems is a plus.
