Warehouse Worker/non CDL Driver

About the role

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Warehouse Worker / NON CDL Driver to join our Operations team. This role involves secure and physically demanding handling, movement, and storage of client records and information.

Responsibilities

• Execute secure material handling, including loading, unloading, moving, weighing, and sorting a variety of items, to ensure efficient workflow.
• Securely manage records by moving boxes, weighing up to 50 pounds, on and off shelving and carts, often requiring the safe use of a ladder.
• Use wheeled carts and pallet jacks, and collaborate with team members to wrap pallets for safe transport.
• Perform once per week client deliveries using the company van.

Qualifications

• Experience and comfort with a physical job that involves repetitive motions, frequent climbing, stooping, crouching, kneeling, pushing, reaching, and pulling.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and sustain physical activity throughout the shift.
• Mandatory: Must have a valid non CDL License.
• Strong attention to detail to accurately follow procedures and maintain the security of confidential records.
• Effective reading, writing, and communication skills in English.

What We Offer

• Rate: $26.00 per hour
• Part time role; Monday to Friday: 10 am to 2 pm
• Company-paid uniforms, safety footwear and gloves.
