About the role

The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, moving, packing, and shipping materials to ensure efficient order fulfillment and inventory management. This position plays a key role in maintaining product flow, inventory accuracy, and warehouse safety while working collaboratively with team members to meet operational goals.

Schedule

  • Monday – Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
  • Regular and predictable on-site attendance required
  • Ability to work a non-standard schedule as business needs require

Responsibilities

  • Complete shipments by processing and loading customer orders
  • Move, stock, receive, and pack outbound warehouse merchandise
  • Assist with inventory maintenance, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy
  • Operate warehouse equipment as required to complete assigned tasks
  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures, policies, and regulations
  • Perform entry-level warehouse and shop-floor functions
  • Support operational and continuous improvement initiatives
  • At higher proficiency levels, provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to team members
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 0+ years of related warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution experience

Skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Basic working knowledge of warehouse operations and processes
  • Ability to apply established procedures, policies, and work instructions
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and complete assigned tasks accurately

  • Effective communication skills with supervisors, peers, and team members
  • Ability to learn new processes, equipment, and procedures through on-the-job training

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing 2–60 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk, reach, push, pull, stoop, and squat throughout the shift
  • Ability to use hands for handling, grasping, and manipulating materials
  • Ability to see, hear, and communicate effectively in a warehouse environment
  • Ability to work around moving equipment and machinery while following all safety requirements

Work Environment

  • Warehouse environment with moderate noise levels
  • Frequent exposure to moving equipment and warehouse traffic
  • Requires adherence to all company safety policies and procedures

Pay

$23.75–$24.58 per hour
