About the role
A Warehouse Associate at a delivery station is responsible for preparing packages for delivery by receiving, sorting, building, wrapping, and transporting pallets and packages.
Responsibilities
- Operate technology to scan and sort orders
- Load conveyor belts and stage deliveries
- Handle truck deliveries
- Receive packages and prepare them for delivery
- Operate handheld devices
Physical Tasks
- Lift up to 49 pounds
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, and bend as needed
- Reach and go up/down stairs
Work Environment
- Climate-controlled but noisy
- Safety gear provided
- Involves moving equipment and varying temperatures
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Able to follow instructions in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical fitness and ability to operate equipment
