Warehouse Worker - Driver

About the role

The Warehouse Worker – Driver maintains the warehouse and branch facilities, coordinates material receiving, stocking, and delivery as directed by the Manager. The position requires daily cleanliness and order of the warehouse, accurate reporting of available stock, and the ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lb.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and cleanliness of the work area.
• Receive and stock all deliveries.
• Prepare and expedite product for delivery.
• Track all stock transfer requests using the tracking system.
• Produce weekly cycle counts for the warehouse using the tool‑tracking system.
• Stage daily material for construction and service projects.
• Coordinate material receiving, stocking, and delivery as directed by the Manager.
• Maintain accurate reports of available stock.
• Perform physical tasks including bending, reaching, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lb throughout the workday.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug and background screening.
• Physical ability to withstand heavy lifting, bending, and repetitive motions.
• Ability to multitask while staying organized.
• Positive customer service skills.
• Experience in lighting and electrical work is a plus.
