Warehouse Worker (Afternoons)

Anticipated hourly range: $20.08 – $22.94 (includes shift differential). Bonus eligible: No.

About the role

Assists on inbound or outbound activities as requested by the Warehouse Supervisor, meeting quality, safety, productivity and operational standards. Receives products in the inbound section and ships products in the outbound section.

Responsibilities

• Unloads trucks in the inbound section using a pallet jack or equivalent devices to remove pallets.
• Checks in products using the Manhattan Warehouse Management System.
• Stores products in warehouse locations using an order picker or other devices.
• Picks products from warehouse locations and loads them into outbound trucks.
• Packs products for shipment to customers.
• When handling specialty products, follows regulations to store refrigerated products.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience preferred.
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for an entire shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working at heights of 20–30 feet regularly.

Schedule

12:00 pm – 8:30 pm (or until work is complete), Monday–Friday. Overtime may be required based on business needs.
