About the role

Worldpac, a leading name in automotive parts distribution, seeks a DC Associate to join our warehouse team. Key responsibilities include pick-pack and stage parts, utilizing hand-held radio frequency devices (RF scanners), and moving boxes throughout the distribution center.

Responsibilities

• Palletize Worldpac stores with identifying information.
• Enter records using the computer and RF.
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and voice picking systems.
• Maintain a clean and hazard-free work area.
• Use a handheld radio frequency device (R.F. Unit).
• Contribute to consistent, reliable attendance.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the country for which you are applying.
• Ability to work on various shifts, including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Qualifications

• High School/secondary school diploma or general education degree (GED)/homeschool equivalency.
• Prior warehouse training or experience is preferred but not required.
