Warehouse Worker - 1st Shift

Responsibilities

• Lifting 55‑lb bins and pushing a four‑wheeled cart weighing up to 200 lb
• Weighing incoming sharps and medical waste containers
• Loading and operating the autoclave machine (pressure chamber to melt materials)
• Loading the Washsmart system (container washing and sanitization)
• Ensuring accurate paperwork for container processing
• Standing for extended periods comfortably
• Working well with a team

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse or labor‑intensive role involving repetitive lifting of 50‑75 lb containers
• Willingness to undergo a 5‑panel urine drug screening
• Willingness to undergo a 7‑year background check
• Basic math skills and ability to read/record weights accurately
• Familiarity with weighbridge/scale systems
• Comfort with repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in PPE
• Proven longevity with employers
• Can‑do attitude

Pay

Competitive salary: $19.00 per hour (non‑negotiable), full‑time direct hire (40 hours per week).
