Ryder is hiring a Warehouse WMS Coordinator in Tracy, California. This position offers weekly pay, excellent benefits, and a career that aligns with personal values.

Responsibilities

  • Aid in supporting key performance indicators (KPIs) that consistently meet or exceed established goals in safety, quality, sanitation, and maintenance.
  • Create and maintain daily dock schedules.
  • Communicate with carriers regarding setting appointments and updating load statuses.
  • Work closely with the operations supervisor to ensure the workload is distributed properly and evenly by managing WMS down to the floor.
  • Collaborate with the inventory department and on-site personnel to resolve issues with the day’s orders.
  • Maintain various Excel spreadsheets and reports.
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • One to two years of warehouse experience.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel).
  • Working knowledge of WMS systems.
  • Forklift experience.
  • Equipment certification may be required, depending on location.

Pay

The hourly rate for this position is $25.00 an hour. Employees may also be eligible for shift premium.

Wednesday through Saturday, 5:00 PM - 5:30 AM.
