Night Warehouse Coordinator
Schedule
Sunday – Thursday, 4:00 pm – 12:30 am, with overtime as needed.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklift in the warehouse while observing all safety regulations and ensuring all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality standards are met.
- Maintain efficient flow of product through the production process.
- Schedule and confirm all shipping for the site.
- Provide administrative support, including communication, paperwork, and system data entry.
- Answer questions and resolve issues using extensive warehouse and company-specific knowledge.
- Assist with training as needed.
- Communicate and interact professionally with customers, vendors, and coworkers to ensure questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner.
- Function as a team member within the department and organization, performing any assigned duties to best serve the company.
- Assist in moving trailers in and out of dock doors and loading trailers.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of warehouse shipping administrative support and data entry experience.
Pay
$22 – $24 per hour, depending on experience.
