Warehouse Wave Replenishment Full Time 2nd Shift

About the Role

Join our Staples World Class Supply Chain Team and deliver essential products to our customers. As a warehouse associate, you may work in one of six areas: Warehouse Bulk/Material Handling Equipment Operator, Warehouse Porter, Warehouse Replenishment, Warehouse Receiving/Putaway/Returns, Warehouse Returns, or Shipping. Please note, as an SC2 associate, you may be moved into any of these roles, or SC1 roles, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse Bulk/Material Handling Equipment Operator: Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, electric pallet jacks) to pick and move products up to 100 lbs, adhering to safety procedures. Not all work will be completed on material handling equipment.
• Warehouse Porter: Perform general cleaning and basic maintenance duties inside and outside the facility, adhering to safety procedures. Operate material handling equipment as needed.
• Warehouse Replenishment: Operate material handling equipment to pick and move products up to 100 lbs, adhering to safety procedures.
• Warehouse Receiving/Putaway/Returns: Confirm product accuracy, address discrepancies and damages, communicate with internal and external contacts, manually unload trucks, and operate material handling equipment.
• Warehouse Returns: Operate material handling equipment, match item quantities and descriptions to packing slips, check in returned products, and tag them appropriately.
• Shipping: Organize, stack, and shrink-wrap customer orders on pallets, load trucks manually, lift and carry products in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a safe and clean workspace.

Requirements

• Ability to become Material Handling Equipment Operator certified and safely operate necessary equipment.
• Willingness to keep work area clean.

• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature variations.

Qualifications

• Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum three (3) months related experience in a warehouse environment or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience.
  • Ability to pass a drug screen (where legally permissible).
  • Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift for Full-Time associates.
  • Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet or more.
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull boxes/merchandise weighing 70-100 pounds.
  • Must wear safety composite shoes.
  • Ability to walk and stand 100% of the time.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
  • Prior experience operating warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack, cherry picker).

Pay

Competitive Pay Rate: $23.50/hour (includes $1.00/hour Shift Differential)
