About the role

The Warehouse Operator / Delivery Driver role at Reece & Fortiline involves ensuring customers receive essential materials for clean water and heating/cooling. Key responsibilities include efficient material handling, accurate customer deliveries, and delivering high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities

• Work cooperatively in a team to receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming material
• Verify all loads for accurate customer deliveries
• Load and unload materials from the truck while maintaining inventory control
• Operate class C or B vehicles as needed
• Drive in various conditions including urban and construction settings
• Deliver high-quality customer service and professionalism

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license for assigned vehicle class
• Class C – Vehicles weighing 26,000 lbs or less combined gross weight
• Class B – Box trucks with combined vehicle weight of 26,001 lbs or more
• Clean driving record

Qualifications

Knowledge of DOT regulations, forklift certification, and potential for advancement into leadership, CDL driver, or sales roles are beneficial. Physical demands include bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting up to 75 pounds, and working indoors/outdoors.

Pay

Final compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $18.42 - $21.85. In this role, you may be eligible for additional contributions to your total rewards package like commission, profit sharing, or an annual bonus.
