Impact You Make

As a Non‑CDL Driver, you’ll play a key role in delivering materials safely and efficiently to customer locations and job sites. You’ll represent Reece on the road and at delivery points, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to service and reliability. This is a local delivery role where you’ll be home every night.

• Safely operate a DOT‑regulated vehicle (10,001–26,000 lbs GVWR)
• Deliver materials to customer sites, shops, and branches
• Load, unload, and secure materials properly for transport
• Verify orders and ensure delivery accuracy
• Maintain inventory control and proper documentation
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety standards
• Provide excellent customer service at every stop
• Support warehouse or branch operations as needed
• Deliver high‑quality customer service and professionalism

What You Need To Succeed

• 21 + years of age
• Valid Class C driver’s license
• Clean driving record and background
• Ability to meet DOT regulations and requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Physical and Mental Requirements

Additional physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors as required by the job during the assigned work hours.

• Attendance: Ability to maintain scheduled days and hours, including onsite presence at the assigned location.
• Physical Capacities: Lift up to 50 pounds frequently; sit and stand for extended periods; kneel, squat, climb, and walk as needed.
• Operation of Office Equipment: Use computers, copiers, and other common office devices; near‑vision and manual dexterity required.
• Oral Communication Skills: Speaking, speech clarity, and speech recognition.
• Written Communication Skills: Writing, reading, written comprehension, and written expression.
