Position Summary

The Truck Loader performs all nightly operations of the loading department.

What you’ll do

• Performs nighttime warehouse operations.
• Performs all loading crew duties, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, goals, and deadlines.
• Models company policies and procedures.
• Ensures all trucks are loaded according to procedures and deadlines.
• Responsible for the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Works with Quality Assurance Team to ensure specific Good Manufacturing Practices are being followed.
• Adheres to all company food safety policies, procedures, and trainings.

Physical Requirements

• Regularly required to talk or hear.
• Frequent standing, walking, reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Must be able to work in tight and/or dim places and be comfortable with heights.
• Must be able to lift and/or move objects up to 30 pounds, frequently lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
• Vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

About you

• 1+ year experience in warehouse environment.
• Food industry experience preferred.
• High school diploma/GED, or equivalent experience required.
