Schedule: Not explicitly given. There's mention of shift schedule in pay range: "depending on shift schedule + equipment/driver certification". Also mention "Primarily will work mid shift to cover both shifts or as needed. Will fill in when other trainers are off or on vacation." So schedule info: mid shift, covering both shifts as needed, possibly off shifts as needed for training demands. We can include schedule details.
We need sections: About the role (maybe job purpose + overview), Responsibilities (essential duties), Requirements (maybe other requirements + physical demands + work environment?), Qualifications (education/experience, language skills), Skills (maybe language skills? but we already have language skills under qualifications? Could separate). Benefits (list). Pay (range + incentives). Schedule (shift info). We must not create sections with filler.
We need to ensure we don't repeat content unnecessarily but preserve all substantive info.
Let's craft sections:
About the role
Job Purpose: The Warehouse Trainer is responsible for the hands on training of all new personnel and other warehouse employees. The Warehouse Trainer will be responsible for training on best practices and providing on the job training to employees. Also this person will have the opportunity to participate in scout assignments across the network as needed. RJW Logistics Group is hiring and emphasizes employee ownership, attendance incentives, referral and hiring bonuses, and a commitment to employee success and innovation.
But we need to preserve all substantive info; we can include the employee ownership program details, incentives, etc. However those could go under Benefits or Pay? Ownership program is a benefit. Incentives are pay-related. We should keep the employee ownership program details under Benefits maybe as part of Benefits section. But we already have a Benefits list; we could add a paragraph about Employee Ownership Program. But the instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could combine some. Let's decide sections: - About the role: includes job purpose and company overview (including employee ownership program maybe). - Responsibilities: essential duties list. - Requirements: includes other requirements, physical demands, work environment, language skills? Actually language skills could be under Qualifications or Skills. - Qualifications: education/experience (HS diploma/GED, 6 months experience). - Skills: language skills (communicate, read, write, speak English; ability to read, analyze, write; follow orders). - Benefits: list of benefits + employee ownership program details. - Pay: pay range + incentives (attendance, referral, hiring bonuses). - Schedule: shift info (mid shift, covering both shifts, off shifts as needed, etc.) We must not create sections with placeholder like "not specified". All have content. Now we need to format lists with- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. We need to preserve all substantive info: we must not omit any details from the essential duties list, requirements list, etc. Let's extract essential duties list exactly as given: "Provide on the job training to equipment operators and other warehouse employees. Conducts training sessions for new hires and provides on-going hands on training to warehouse pickers and employees. Comply with all company policies, procedures and safety guidelines. Well versed in all warehouse functions Ability to plan and schedule tasks and handle multiple tasks at once. Maintains all training records for required regulatory purposes and mandatory internally required instruction. Perform work safely and in accordance with company and customer standards and safety regulations. Report unsafe conditions or accidents to the appropriate personnel. Understands various teaching methods and can provide constructive feedback, while maintaining a positive rapport with employees. Conduct all monthly safety refresher training. Conduct all post-accident safety refresher training. Must be willing to work off shifts as needed for training demands. Will also operate as forklift operator as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Train new Trainers as per RJW policy and SOP's. Day to day communicate with the trainers and help/assist as needs may arise. Implement all SOP's during training. As a trainer lead, will be travelling to all buildings as needed. Primarily will work mid shift to cover both shifts or as needed. Will fill in when other trainers are off or on vacation. Ensure we are in compliance with quarterly audits. Open tickets with MIS for any issues and get it resolved." We need to keep each as
- . Some sentences have periods inside; we can keep as is. Other Requirements: "Basic knowledge of training techniques, or job training." Physical Demands list: we need to preserve each bullet. Physical Demands: - Must be able to occasionally reach/lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. - Regularly works in an indoor/office environment and required to sit and/or use repetitive hand motion. - Frequently required to talk, hear, stand and walk. - Must be able to work in excess of continuous 8 hours when required. - Must have the ability to read and discern visual images with 20/20 corrected vision. - Must be able to speak and communicate clearly over telephones. - Must be in sound physical health as determined by a certified licensed physician with no evidence of the use of controlled substances. Work Environment: - While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, and fumes or airborne particles. - The noise level in the work environment will range from quiet to moderately loud. Language Skills Sets: - Must be able to communicate, read, write, and speak English. - Ability to read, analyzes, and write. (Note grammar: "analyzes" but keep) - Ability to effectively follow orders and respond to questions from management. Qualifications/Education And/or Experience Required: - High school diploma or GED. - At least 6 months experience. We also have "Education And/or Experience Required High School Diploma or general education diploma (GED).At least 6 months experience." So combine. Now Benefits list: - 401(k) & 401(k) Matching - Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance - Employee Discount - Flexible Spending Account - Health Savings Account - Paid Time Off & Sick Days - Short & Long-Term Disability Insurance - Accidental & Critical Illness Insurance Plus Employee Ownership Program details (we can include as a paragraph under Benefits). Pay: - Pay Range: $23 to $25 per hour (depending on shift schedule + equipment/driver certification) - Attendance Incentive - Up to $2400 bonus for good attendance. - Referral Bonus - Up to $500 per referral - Hiring Bonus - Up to $1000 Schedule: - Primarily will work mid shift to cover both shifts or as needed. - Will fill in when other trainers are off or on vacation. - Must be willing to work off shifts as needed for training demands. - (Also mention shift schedule influences pay.) Now About the role: include job purpose and company overview (including employee ownership program maybe). But we already have employee ownership under Benefits; we could mention briefly. Let's craft About the role paragraph: "RJW Logistics Group is hiring a Warehouse Trainer. The role focuses
