Warehouse Technician - GMP Materials & Inventory

About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse Technician to support material and inventory operations at a regulated manufacturing site in Devens, MA. This position is responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and transferring raw materials, packaging components, and operational supplies used to support manufacturing operations. Contract length: 6 months with possible extension; Location: Devens, MA; Work arrangement: 100% onsite; W-2 contract position; No C2C options; No visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform material receiving and inspection
• Conduct inventory transactions in SAP
• Perform cycle counting
• Support material sampling
• Handle shipping activities
• Move materials between warehouse and Production
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts
• Handle designated hazardous and regulated materials in accordance with applicable procedures, current GMP requirements, Environmental Health and Safety regulations, and site security requirements

Requirements

Required: High School diploma; Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and ability to complete the required MVR; Experience working in a regulated environment such as FDA-regulated, pharmaceutical, or biopharmaceutical; Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Preferred: Associate degree, some college coursework, or trade school education; Forklift driving experience

Pay

Hourly rate: $20.90‑$21.90

Schedule

Monday‑Friday, normal business hours; Maximum 40 hours per week; 100% onsite
