Job Summary

Responsible for the storage, handling, and distribution of material and products, maintaining inventory accuracy.

Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and optimizing warehouse operations to support the business effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the GMP materials/products receiving/storage/delivery in the warehouse, and ensure that the daily operation meets the requirements of SOP and GMP regulations.
  • Track the GR/Delivery process to be completed in time, and track the progress when abnormal cases happened.
  • Manage inventory accuracy, track stock levels, and perform regular audits to maintain compliance and reduce discrepancies.
  • Conduct the cycle counting and solve the issue when discrepancy, complete the report in time.
  • Execute labor discipline, assessment, etc.
  • Cookery expiry materials management for whole warehouse, ensure the expired materials can be handled in time
  • Training team members and evaluate person skill level
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, including safety protocols, GMP, and proper documentation of product handling.
  • Participate in company safety and compliance self-inspection, customer and official GMP audit, etc.
  • Work closely with stakeholders such as QC/QA/MFG/SCM, distribution teams to align operations with the target
  • Complete the work assigned by the superior
  • Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, reduce costs, and improve service levels through innovative solutions.
  • Implement the KPI bowler & Daily management work.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Knowledge of GMP, Pharmaceutical industry background
  • Proficient in SAP and warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Proficient in warehouse management technology
  • Strong analytical skills to assess KPIs and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
  • Experience in facilitating and coordinating projects related to daily management and operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and present findings to management
  • Ability to identify issues and develop innovative solutions related to KPI and daily management processes.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
  • Familiar with excel and data analysis
  • Driven by result and target
  • Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Bilingual is preferred.

SAP Functions

  • Cycle count generation and data entry-
  • Reporting generation with variant knowledge
  • client conversions thru MIGO-
  • Master data signed forms
  • WBS assignments through MIGO
  • SAP WM /MM knowledge based off inventory movements
  • TO / picking / reservation / process order picking and converting TR to TO.

Pay Range

The pay range for this position is $24-$27.
