About the Role
The Warehouse Technician supports warehouse operations through order preparation, inventory management, equipment assembly, and product testing assistance. The role requires adherence to safety protocols, maintaining a clean workspace, and flexibility to support various operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Prep orders for shipping including labels and Bill of Lading when necessary.
- Measure, inspect, and label lining materials.
- Test new equipment.
- Assemble vacuum pumps.
- Verify incoming shipments and report any shortages to the supervisor.
- Responsible for month-end inventory count as well as maintaining the inventory spreadsheet.
- Assist the Technical Manager in house demos/testing.
- Re-package chemicals to smaller containers, using safety precautions described in the SDS sheets.
- Work in a safe manner at all times by following company safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean work environment by performing cleaning duties when required.
- Complete assigned duties.
- Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.

- Accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- High inventory accuracy (minimal discrepancies).
- Safe handling and repackaging of materials.
- Reliable support of equipment assembly/testing.
- Clean, organized, and audit-ready workspace.
Requirements
- GED/High School Diploma.
- Satisfactorily complete 3 months of on-the-job training.
- Tow Motor Certification.
- Inventory systems/Excel experience preferred.
- Chemical handling and safety compliance preferred.
Skills and Competencies
- Basic mechanical aptitude.
- Attention to detail, ownership, and ability to work independently.
- Operational flexibility and task switching, supporting warehouse and light technical tasks.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
- Ability to perform physically demanding work for 8+ hours a day, including prolonged standing or sitting.
- Some bending, stooping, stretching, and twisting is required.
- Requires full range of motion including eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs.
- Must possess basic math skills.
- Able to wear required PPE, i.e., hard hats, safety vest, work boots, and/or safety glasses/goggles while working as required by the job.

Pay
$22–$26 USD per hour.
