Responsibilities
- Receive, stock, organize, and distribute materials, tools, parts, and equipment.
- Pull, stage, load, and unload materials for installation, service, and project teams.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, packing slips, reports, and material documentation.
- Auxiliary in cycle counts, inventory audits, stock rotation, and discrepancy reporting.
- Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, safe, and ready for daily operations.
- Communicate with supervisors, warehouse staff, purchasing, and field teams regarding material needs and inventory updates.
- Track tools, equipment, returns, damaged materials, and job-site supplies.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, carts, and forklifts when trained or certified.
- Follow company policies, safety standards, and warehouse procedures.
- Provide professional, respectful service to coworkers, vendors, customers, and business partners.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, inventory, construction, labor, or material handling experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic math, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to safely receive, count, stock, pull, stage, lift, and move materials.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and operational guidelines.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including background and motor vehicle record checks.
